This was one of my favourite experiences. Ten pizza boxes from El Capitano, piled high on picnic blankets on the beach, watching the golden sun set with friends while our eldest son played the guitar. We drank some wine, ate all the pizza, chatted about life and the small anchors we all do to bring meaning and finished it with some sparklers after the sun dipped behind the ocean. What a beautiful dance! We watched the sun dip and the ocean make its way up to up to the point we were walking home in the dark, over all the rocks, carrying children, empty pizza boxes and allllll the things. A truly beautiful moment in time!
