ART PRINTS

How long will my print take to ship?

All Emma Martin art prints are made to order with love and care. Please allow 7–14 business days for your piece to be prepared and packed.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow its journey to you.

How long does delivery take?

Australia: Usually 3–7 business days after dispatch.

International: Delivery times vary depending on your location, however most orders arrive within 2–3 weeks.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is complimentary with every Emma Martin print purchase, including international orders.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import charges that may apply in their country.

Can I return or exchange a print?

As each art print is made especially for your order, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

If your print arrives damaged, faulty or there has been an error with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@emmamartinartist.com. Please include your order number and photographs where possible, and our team will help make it right.

FASHION

Can I return a clothing item?

Yes. We want you to love and wear your Emma Martin pieces.

Clothing may be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order, provided it meets the return conditions below.

Return conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your garment must be:

• Unworn, unwashed and unused

• In its original condition

• Returned with all original tags attached

• Free from marks, makeup, fake tan, perfume, deodorant or other signs of wear

We recommend trying garments on carefully before removing any tags.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return.

How do I return an item?

Returns can be requested through our online returns portal found via your Customer Account Login.

Once your return has been approved, you’ll receive instructions on how and where to send your garment.

Please do not send items back without first submitting a return request.

Who pays for return shipping?

For a refund or change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the garment to us.

If you are exchanging your garment, Emma Martin will cover the shipping cost of sending your replacement item to you. Return postage back to us remains the responsibility of the customer.

Original shipping charges, where applicable, are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you’d prefer another size or style, you can request an exchange through our returns portal within 30 days of receiving your order.

Exchanges are subject to availability. As our collections are produced in limited quantities, we cannot guarantee that your preferred replacement will still be available when your return is processed.

If your requested item is unavailable, we’ll arrange a refund instead.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return arrives with us, please allow up to 5 business days for it to be inspected and processed.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take several additional business days for the funds to appear in your account.

What about faulty or incorrect items?

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged or different from what you ordered, please contact us at hello@emmamartinartist.com as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the issue.

Where an item is confirmed as faulty or incorrect, Emma Martin will cover the reasonable costs associated with returning the item and arranging the appropriate remedy.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Final sale items

Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind, unless the item is faulty or you are otherwise entitled to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law.
