How long will my order take to ship?

Art Prints
All Emma Martin art prints are made to order with love and care. Please allow 7–14 business days for your piece to be prepared and packed.

Fashion
Our fashion pieces are ready to make their way to you. Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be carefully packed and dispatched.

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow its journey to you.

How long does delivery take?

Once your order has been dispatched:

• Australia: Usually 3–7 business days.

• International: Delivery times vary depending on your location, however most orders arrive within 2–3 weeks.

Please note that these delivery estimates are in addition to the dispatch timeframes above.

How much is shipping?

Art Prints
Shipping is complimentary with every Emma Martin art print purchase, including international orders.

Fashion
Shipping costs for fashion orders are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and selected shipping method.

If your order includes both fashion and an art print, your pieces may be dispatched separately due to their different preparation times.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import charges that may apply in their country. These charges are determined by local authorities and are not included in your order total.

Can I return my order?

Art Prints
As each art print is made especially for your order, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

If your print arrives damaged, faulty or there has been an error with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photographs where possible.

Fashion
Fashion purchases may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions outlined in our Returns & Refund Policy.
