The amount of beautiful trees all around you, the oxygen, the blues, the wind in the leaves. It’s beautifully mesmerising. Reset your nervous system. Take a moment. Even if it’s 5 minutes. Don’t rush out. Be there, in that space, soaking up everything around you. You won’t regret it! All of the beautiful greens amongst all the different leaves of each tree is hypnotic. The grounding brown of the tree trunks and the dirt of the mountain make you feel planted.
